Budapest Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years on Váci Road

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary brought together a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and news eu parlament interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
